SMS Defense Industry was established in 1991 in Izmir. Currently, 5000 m2 closed area in İzmir A.O.S.B. continues to operate in the field.

SMS Defense Industry manufactures mechanical parts and subsystems for different sectors, especially the defense industry, with its knowledge and strong staff. The processes, consisting of design, engineering, production and testing stages, are recorded in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and are managed within the framework of a total quality understanding.

SMS has been working hard with its stakeholders and solution partners in order to reduce the foreign dependency of our country's defense industry and to increase the parts and subsystems produced with domestic and national resources that land systems need, since its establishment.
